A day without rain is sparse these past few weeks. So when I saw in the weather app this Saturday would be relatively warm and dry, I suggested to the Man and Daughter to go for a walk. Daughter preferred the woods this time, so I searched for a route of about five kilometers. The past few weeks there was a big problem with too many people wanting to walk through the woods and too few parking spaces. Therefore I figured our best bet would be to leave early. So around 9:30 we were ready to go and after half an hour driving north, we were in the Leuvenumse bossen. I was right. There was still plenty of parking space for our car. Just after ten we started walking. When we came back around noon, people were waiting in their cars for others to leave. So yeah, I’m happy we went early and it was a wonderful route.
