It took a few hours, or rather an entire Saturday, but I managed to remove the old dishwasher and install the new one. It wasn’t easy to get these machines from and into their position considering our floor on floor construction and loose pieces of tiles to support the machine where there is still bare concrete. Then fitting the door using a paper model for pinching holes and then hoping you measured right. It sort of went OK. All the other cupboards are a bit off as well after fifteen plus years, so my tiny errors are barely noticeable. Feeling like a power woman today.
Next time I’ll definitely hire a professional, but for now this was the quickest way to get the machine working. It’s doing its first run as I’m typing this. Notice the fancy floor projection!
P.S.: did I mention that I also tried to fix the leaking sink today? Yeah, I feel like super woman today 😉
